On the first session, together we'll explore your challenges and create goals. In subsequent sessions, we'll explore different techniques and new ways of seeing and doing things, handling situations, so that the challenges are soon easily managed or resolved completely. We'll meet once a week, and during the week, you'll have "homework" - meaning, you'll be trying out the techniques learned during the session so you can eventually, find your peace. This process is designed for you to achieve your goals and find your peace in the shortest time, while building the foundation for lasting improvements.
